I have been meaning to start a blog for a while now but wasn't sure where to begin. So here goes!! SEOUL. I visited last summer for a week and discovered some of the dreamiest places I have ever been. I'm doing a round up of all my favourite places I visited whilst there.
1.) I have to start with Stylenanda Pink Pool Cafe in Myeongdong and Hongdae. One of my favourite things to do is visit cute cafes but this one has definitely topped them all! It is also home to the most AMAZING clothes, I honestly could have bought everything.

Dreamy pastel pink and marble tables |
|
Favourite summer piece was this crochet skirt from Electric Threadz. So excited to pull this back out the wardrobe for this summer! |
2.) Seoul Tower in Namsan Park. OK I might of though I was dying when climbing to the top of this but the views were AMAZING however climbing the 2000+ steep steps was not. I would definitely recommend taking the cable car up if you are as unfit as me.
|
Mood instantly improved after finding this Pucca bench at the top.. Living 10 year old me's dream. |
|
Also found Hello Kitty Island at the top which was ADORABLE. |
|
Me and Mum dead at the top...Also these sunglasses I literally wore the WHOLE trip are from Crap Eyewear and are the Love Tempo style. Still obsessed with them now. |
3.) Coco Capitán Exhibition at Daelim Museum in Jongno-Gu. Capitán explores her present and future anxieties through her work and it was probably my favourite exhibition and gallery I went to in 2018.
Even if you are not interested in the exhibition thats on at the Daelim Museum I would recommend going just for the gift shop! Amazing.
After visiting the Daelim Museum we went to Bukchon Hanok Village which is the 'old town' and is full of traditional style houses. It is definitely worth visiting to get the traditional Korean atmosphere.

The perfect summer dress for this weather? This Peter Jensen pinafore that was an absolute steal in Urban Outfitter's sale. Paired with my trusty Crap eyewear sunnies and the Kenzo eye print t-shirt. |

|
Amazing picturesque cobbled streets. |
|
How amazing are these traditional Korean dresses?! |
4.) Ader Error, Mapo-gu. the most aesthetically pleasing store ever! Pink tiles, bath tubs full of plants and rainbow coloured soap!?
|
Dream bathroom aesthetics. |
|
I wanted to fill my bathroom with all of this soap from Day after Day! |
|
Even the changing rooms were amazing. I couldn't actually afford any of the clothes but is definitely worth a visit.
5.) ANY of the Line Friends stores! These photos are from the flagship store in Myeong-dong and I instantly wanted to move in. This store literally gave me all the inspo for decorating my future house.
( I am literally a 5 year old child)
Also whilst we are on this area I really wanted to visit Neon Moon for the cutest clothes and accessories but it was closed on the day we went and we didn't have time to go back :( But it looks dreamy so if you're ever in Mapo-gu I would 100% recommend a visit.
6.)One in a million Cafe, Itaewon. Another amazing cafe which was surrounded by the dreamiest concept and fashion stores. I would recommend Itaewon and this cafe to anyone with an interest in fashion.
One in a million have really got the idea of bringing the outside in. The cafe is Filled with the most amazing plants, whilst I'm still here learning how to keep a cactus alive!?
The pink and white walls make it one of the most 'Instagramable' places I visited in Seoul.
And they have the nicest pink bathrooms filled with flowers and Day After Day soap!
6.) DMZ (Korean Demilitarised zone) tour. The DMZ lies on the border between North and South Korea and it was so so interesting. The tour, especially visiting the tunnels into North Korea was so spooky but so fascinating. It made me want to do a trip to North Korea next
I couldn't take many photos on the tour, so have some of my outfit instead. This handy little leopard print slip dress is from urban outfitters and is paired with the 'Hardcore Prawn' top from New girl order and some vintage House of Holland sunglasses.
Me searching for the nearest glass of prosecco...

P.S would also recommend one of these giant curly crisps from any of the street food markets. So Tasty. |
